Tyler and Jeremy were great. They originally were coming for just a cleaning, but delivered some bad news in a way that made me want to hire them to reline our oil burner chimney. They were back at it, and completed the new liner with no issue and were incredibly professional and efficient. I'd recommend them for anything chimney related.

Honest, Honest, Honest, Honest. "You don't need a sweeping done. The chimney's not dirty enough to need sweeping." Is this for real?! Honest men. Thought there were none? These men are honest men. We had them back to repair an old chimney cap. Great work, great price, done in very reasonable amount of time (not too fast & not too slow - if you see what I mean). Im very impressed with the service and knowledge of Super Sweep. They came out on-time and gave me an honest assessment of my chimney and provided me with sound recommendations. They did only what was needed , not what they could have done to drive up the cost. Over the years Ive lowered my expectations when it comes to customer service because of past experiences. Its refreshing to have a local company thats prompt, professional and honest. Six stars.

Called the number on the website on a SUNDAY. Tyler answered without hesitation. I had what I thought to be an emergency and he came out the very next day even though he was booked up. I ended up not even needing his services right away but, i'll definitely be using him when I do.

They really put in the extra effort for our unique problem. They made time for us even though it seemed like their schedule wouldn't allow it and fixed our DIY project gone wrong. They taught us all about our chimney and our wood stove. Its obvious that they enjoy what they do, which really made a difference in their service. I'll never call anyone other than Super Sweep again.

These guys were amazing! Vacuumed out the boiler flu, put in a stainless steel liner and cap, and sealed any cracks around the top of the chimney and flashing They were right on time, done in less than two hours. I have done business with Super Sweep for 10+ years now. Tyler and Jeremy are both knowledgeable, customer focused and very tidy at their craft. Unlike other chimney sweeps that we have used in the past, they use state of the art equipment (vacuums etc) that leave your home dust/soot free! Additionally, they will not try to up sell you something you don't need. They are completely transparent in any issues or concerns they may find during their inspections and will sit down and share those with you. It's completely up to you as to how you wish to handle? Tyler and Jeremy helped me out with my pellet stove and boiler stove chimneys. Fixed up the loose bricks, installed a steel liner and capped the boiler chimney. Painted the pellet stove chimney, installed a steel liner and capped this as well. Work looks fantastic, these guys are professional grade.

Jeremy and Tyler have been sweeps for our chimneys since they took over from their Dads several years ago. Their Dads swept our chimney for 20 years prior to them taking over the business. Their work is excellent, they are professionals. Most recently they installed a fireplace insert that works flawlessly, and at a good price. Soon they will be installing a wood stove for the home we are renovating.
They are branching out into property maintenance and management work and have done several jobs for us, including removing a lot of old insulation from our renovation project. They are very timely and very helpful. Tyler and Jeremy are friendly and professional, and they never leave a mess. I can't recommend them highly enough.
